Unfortunately I can't see my self forking over 100 for any app I can't demo first....

It would be very useful - then I could use calibration 3D LUTS made in Lightspace or Calman as my monitor profile.

Hi Robert,

you can convert your LS LUTs created from your LS profiles into ICC profiles already using Light Illusions SpaceMan. This is by far the best way to create (the dreaded) v4.2 ICC profiles (incl. VCGT) - the resulting ICC profiles are way more accurate than Argyll or Calman.

I'm not going to lie... I'm subscribed to this thread but it all seems like witchcraft turning a lightroom grade into a lut.

Implement a 15 day free trial and if it works like it say it does you'll not only have my money, but the money of just about everyone I work with.

Hi Ben,

Trials are notoriously hard to manage and create - we are working on it but it's hard to make an unhackable/uncrackable app. There is a video on YouTube that shows you the process of extracting a LUT from a Lightroom grade using Lattice. Is this insufficient?

1.2.2 released!

Release Notes:
- Resolve DAT 3D LUT read/write support
- Arri Look write support (1D tone map only)
- 3D graph doesn't reset the camera unless the LUT drastically changes size or scope
- 3D graph dots are now derived from their source (identity) colors
- Changed current "Isolate Color" tool to "Isolate Color (Contrast Referred)"
- Added a new "Isolate Color" tool where "Isolate Contrast" of the LUT combined with "Isolate Color" of the LUT is equal to the LUT

We're very happy to announce that Flanders Scientific Inc. is now selling our app on their website! It's the exact same app but will receive updates much quicker because there is no approval process lead time like the Mac App Store.

1.2.3 Released!

Release Notes:
- FSI 3D LUT (.dat) Support
- DaVinci 3D LUT (.davlut) Support
- Swapped functionality of "Extract Color" with "Extract Color (Contrast Referred)"
- Extract Color (Contrast Referred) now maintains the same input bounds as the origin LUT
- Improved reversing precision for small 1D LUTs
- "Rec. 709" transfer function name is now "BT.1886"
- Rec 709 Luminance Weighting option for "Mix Curves" tool
- Various bug fixes

Saw that, and I'm sure it's super high quality like the rest of Steves' products, but at that price, ($2000!!!) its' cheaper to buy a LUT box!

1.2.4 Released!

- Added Export window
- Added Hald CLUT LUT support
- Reverting changes works as expected now
- Default LUT format for saving/exporting is always the "Cube" format
- Updated "Cube" Resolve Variant for compatibility with Resolve 11
- Fixed a bug where metadata wouldn't copy correctly when copying a LUT
- Fixed a bug with Nucoda CMS writing
- Fixed a bug with Resolve DAT / DAVLUT reading
