Shingles can only be described as the single most painful non lethal virus one can get - I had it for four months when I was 22 --- So I so know how you feel... I seriously hope for your sake its over...

On another note, and sorry I have to bring this up, but I spent some good money with you last week, what are the chances we see the battery plate next week, also the full FMJ?

Love your stuff BTW...
Thanks Jac, I'm feeling much better. I think my immune system has served the eviction notice. We are expecting to have orders placed last week going out on Tuesday and Wednesday. We thought we were WAY ahead of demand but you guys proved us wrong. We're cranking out parts on the machines to get to anodizing tomorrow. As for the cables.... we should have some options up there after the end of next week. What lengths would you guys like to see?

i would like a 12" version, that would be the maximum distance i would place it from the camera to balance a handheld rig i think. (and a 15mm lws mounting option would be great!)

We're making an interface adapter plate that'll let people mount the plate on anything they'd like, including iris rod brackets!

We'll make a few pre-packaged cable lengths [the appropriate length for putting a plate on the back of the IO module, for example] as well as some custom ones. The more feedback that people give us, the better idea we'll have as to what people are hoping for!

Brook, what FMJ Top Plate should I get for Scarlet — The M or the X one? Just to make sure

The X plate!

A related question...

I may be about to (have to) replace both my Red Bricks and charger.

What is currently the best value V-lock batteries and charger to go for (to use with the EPIC)?
Should I get Red Brick batteries again, or are there better options available?

Thanks,
Antony

I have no affiliation and haven't worked with these particular bricks, but price/performance for this kit seems pretty sweet..

cheers,

I've rented Swit batteries from Keslow in the past and have found them to be pretty great. No affiliation, just found them to be effective and "as advertised".

sweet so we should be getting our order by the end of this week-early next week?

will be placing another order soon for a Top Plate and IDX Plate Accessories..

Can't wait!

Great, will it work on the Scarlet, or is it too early to tell.
How much?

I'd also like to know price for the Bauer mount. Starting to get an idea of my final setup, need to pick either V-Mount or Bauer batteries, and it may come down to the price of the mount.

Yes, all of our accessories work with both the Epic and Scarlet.

I'd anticipate the same price for now, I'll make a post about it if it changes!
