That probably won't help in my case. Brook was being discreet but I have the shingles.... I can barely walk/sit and it hurts like nothing I have ever experienced before. I'm trying my best to coordinate things and get the APU plates out on Friday. I'm kind of bummed I can't go to the scarlet event tomorrow.

If it's a normal V-mount battery... yes. I've not used it myself, so I can't speak from experience. But it's V-mount. And V-mount is a standard.

Yes, since Scarlet has the same mounting points as the Epic [it appears to be an identical body with a different "dumb side" cover] the battery plate will work with the Scarlet. I'm thrilled, trust me! It means that we're going to be able to have one line of accessories that everybody can access... and higher volumes help everything.

When will alternate lemo cable lengths be available?
Does VF plan to have multiple cable lengths listed in the store or would this be a custom cable made up to order?
Reason I ask is, owners may not want to mount APU direct to camera, but instead mount it on rods to adjust balance camera if they have a larger lens up front or doing handheld work...
