  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Although nothing is finalized until we see it in store, 500 $ is the way to think right now.
As I recall this has been announced and no price update since then has been mentioned.
Prices are going crazy with resellers...

We are very much looking forward to receiving the stuff that we have on backorder. Ti Canon mount (for our Ti PL Scarlet) and DSMC Modular Assault Plate Pack allocated on February 20 and (*fingers crossed*) shipping this week. Still waiting on the side handle (ordered November 3, 2011), Red Pro Primes (the set and the 18mm lens ordered with a case on February 10), DSMC Top Mount 19mm (Rod Compatible) (ordered February 12) and a few other bits and pieces to be allocated. Exciting to hear that so many things are so close to being out of backorder. That gunner rig is mighty tempting.
 
Can't wait for that 9" Touch LCD. Has price been reported yet?

How cool that he BOMB is "IN Stock" in the store. that alone is a hell of a milestone after literally years of complaining. the rest is not really even back ordered comparatively

A conclusion and an opinion are two different things and if there is confusion I was expressing the latter. The unit is 1280, it's a touch, luminance of at least what the old Touch is (imho), and the 5.6 inch pro LCD is 1700. I would say 4K is a fair price if not more but I could be wrong.

Sounds good. Hopefully, since I ordered in December, This means I should see my Scarlet, LCD, and Side Handle soon! Very exciting.

regarding back-order situation of products in the RED store: any info on the 50mm RED Pro Prime? I assume the 50mm is why the full set is back-ordered.

A Non-Touch version like we had with an upgraded screen will come around again for those who need the in between ( and new RED ONE owners that can't take advantage of the touch )
