Hello everybody !
I have a 16GB RED flash that is working on RED camera but is not recognized both on my MacPro and another PC running Vista. I tried two different card readers but nothing happens, the card just seems not formatted. If I put back the card in the RED camera I can see the clips and it works fine..
I dont know any other way to copy clips, maybe using RED camera USB ports ?

Is there someone who can help me with suggestions ?

Many thanks in advance.

Thank for your advice Paul,
my problem is that I'm not able even to see the red flash on a computer, I can see it only via the red camera so I'm not able to use a computer application to restore the content.

One more suggestion: Try putting the card back in the camera and recording one more clip, then try the computer again. Also, try the Disk Utility app on your mac. Have you tried other cards or other card-readers?

What card reader are you using?

Hi Jon,
I tried a china made card reader, the Lexar card reader for the 300x speed cards and the one integrated in my HP desktop: none of them seems to recognize the flash.
Other cards like the Lexar are working perfectly on all readers.

I will try Paul suggestion to print another clip but I have to downgrade to build 20 because the one we are using now (21) says: disk incompatible...in Italy we call this "sfiga" (the opposite of luky).

Bye

All 10 of your cards? Very strange.
Do you see the same thing on a PC?
