  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Spider-man on EPICs...

First The Hobbit, and now Spiderman... The only thing cooler right now would be to send a few up with the Space Shuttle before it is decommissioned.

Engadget made up a great graphic :)

NICEEE n funny

I'm betting on a Technical Oscar in 2012; 2013 at the latest. In fact I think its a shoo-in.

I have visited this forum every day since day one so its been pretty amazing to watch history being made from the front row. This is the end of Act One. Onward!

Hahaha. Excellent!

Now I don't know whether to go watch this movie to see what they do with Spidey or gawk at the capability of the Epic!

Considering I'm on Reduser and not IMDB gives away the answer, I suppose.

I was speaking with Larry Smith today who figures if Kubrick were still alive he would have loved to shoot with an Epic 3D rig.

I don't know about 3D, but I imagine he would have been all over Epic considering the tricks he pulled in order to use natural light (including candlelight) in Barry Lyndon. I'm ashamed to say I haven't actually seen the movie yet, despite being a huge Kubrick fan, but I am remedying that tomorrow.

I wonder if even you, Jim, realize the magnitude of anarchic joy you are about to release to us starving indies.

Epic, you are Shiva, the destroyer of film...

Red is storming the beaches of Normalcy...

I got nothin'...I'm just so insanely excited for these things to be released...

Funny since red is the color of Rudra, the angry aspect of Shiva.

But Shiva doesn't only destroy, He transforms. Just like our physics teachers liked to remind us...

Remember that if there was no film, there would be no RED. There are no antagonisms in the grand scheme...

It is time for RED STUDIOS to get ready with movie distribution online while outfitting red ray pro with a storage module or magazine for Hometheater .
