  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

By the way, I tried Yuji's strips (blue, 12V 5630 LEDs at 1200 lumens) and they are very good. Right on at 5600K and no green tint. Reds could be a little richer though.

The Yuji strips can be powered at 15W/meter but this requires them to be attached to something that will dissipate the heat. Deep red seems to be a problem with all daylight LED which also affects purple.
 
I'm interested 2 x variable, 1 x daylight, 1 x tungsten and whatever controllers are offered.

How big a battery do you need to power an entire strip?

12v car battery?

Interested in 1D and 1T...
 
I'll go with 1 daylight to experiment stuff
(+ eventually 1 variable depending on connector / dimmer availability)

2x variable 1x tungsten 1xdaylight but may change things around once I understand the accessories/dimmers ect.
