WHAT WORKS:

ALL-USB PORT
ALL-PORT FIREWIRE 400
CUDA-CARD 460/470/480/570/580/GTX 590/GTX 670/680 , 690 not have tested but for me work... if you have contact me.
GUI-CARD: 8600/8800/9800 next relaise is possible to support Ati radeon single slot for gui..
REDROCKET-CARD or 2 REDROCKET card in internal slot pcie at maximum speed x8 or in Cubix to max 5 Redrocket.
3D-BM Decklink and BM Studio are perfect.
FROM TO CPU-55xx 56xx 6 CORE ARE WELCOME.
RAM-192 GB MAX
SUPPORT MAX-8 SAS OR SATA HARD DRIVE

WHAT DOES NOT WORK OR IN PART:

SLEEP-MODE is PARTIAL TO THIS PROBLEM WITH THE REDROCKET
-AUDIO DISABLED ON BOARD , why? simple not like to me ehehh

Are welcome beta tester with HPz800, important this is a free software not pay for this , but this is NOT SUPPORTED from APPLE or BM only me.

hello guys sorry for the absence, but I have had health problems.
However, you can upgrade to machete at 10.7.5, with the download 10.7.5 combo apple, and download the new Nvidia Drivers 10.7.5. So you can use the latest Final cut x 10.0.6

Next week i upload to my ftp MACHETE 3 for ML 10.8.2
- new Fakesmc
-new Kernel patched for hpz800
-gtx 4xx/5xx/6xx work fine -----.. 690 not work for the moment.
- installed default Davinci Resolve Lite and REdcine-x 16 whit redrocket driver
- driver for Decklink studio and 3d studio

Can i add only the new Fakesmc + new kernel patched without al re-install ?
I have a quadro FX 4800 for GUI (do you think i can have 10 bits on displayport ? to an IEZO cg246 for exemple ) slot 4
+ GTX 285 in slot 2
I hesitate to change video card, i was thinking about GTX 690, but you mean that is not work for the moment, do you test it ?
Do you think the more simple i can make is to replace the GTX 285 by gtx 680 ?

I also installed much more RAM on my z800 now ... 96Gb and all work great for the moment

Do you know if the SAS port deviler more than 3Gbs ?

open terminal and put this:

sudo cp /System/Library/Frameworks/DVDPlayback.framework/Versions/A/DVDPlayback /System/Library/Frameworks/DVDPlayback.framework/Versions/A/DVDPlayback.bak

and
sudo perl -pi -e 's|\x49\x6E\x74\x65\x72\x6E\x61\x6C|\x45\x78\x74\x65\x72\x6E\x61\x6C|g' /System/Library/Frameworks/DVDPlayback.framework/Versions/A/DVDPlayback


perfect

patch for firewire.. simple delete in system library extension, AppleHPET.kext , repari permission and reboot ... work fine..
