Birger Lens Mount Reservations

Birger mount is on it's way to Paris !
Thanks Erik and Amy.

BTW: Our Red One shipped on March 29th 2008, so you managed to ship just in time to be within one year of that !

I am very curious to see how ergonomic the RED 1 is when fully dressed with the various Canon lens. Plus, I just want to see how sweet it looks.

Can you guys start posting some pics of your Canon equipped REDs?

I'd post an iphone pic of my R1 from last night, with the 16-35mm, but I guess the new site design won't allow uploading images... I guess you have to host them yourself now. What a pain... Jarred??

Maybe this will work:

fedex delivery! wow! the day finally came... :)

and whoever made these smileys has to clean them up and make the background transparent. fringes! lol.

is it possible to control the iris from the mount itself or do you have to use the software? Also, does the software work through bluetooth (for example a USB bluetooth adapter) so that you can use it wirelessly from a laptop?

1)Yes, 2)Yes

Congratulations!

Congratulations!

Zero. All Canon EF mounts ordered without an Impero, or requested to be shipped in advance of an Impero, that have been paid for, have left the building...

Got my tracking number...!

It is scheduled to be here Friday and I will be spending the weekend installing and testing!

Thank you Erik and Amy!

I knew this day would come; despite the fact that I took my deposit back (which is understandable 'cause I'm a Nikon mount client), I was always confident you'd come through with flying colors.
Now, time to work on the Nikon version; we still need it, you know:)

Can't wait to get mine - just awaiting customs clearance!

Congrats indeed, Erik!

Do you expect to get the Imperos soon (as in, within two weeks or so)? If not, I'd like to go ahead and swap out my old mount now. Is that cool?
