Hold on. If you bought a CF upgrade or CF brain new, it comes with new Mg PL Mount 2.0. If you do Mg, it does not come with a mount. If you are upgrading, you would already have lens mounts...

No this was in answer to a question on what you would send in when you did the MG upgrade. I thought it was that you would only send in the Epic Dragon Brain (as what it said the in the Weapon upgrade terms and conditions). So you wouldn't send in the Side SSD or put a mount on the brain.

If you own an Epic-X Dragon:

Weapon MG 6K "Package Deposit" = $29,500
Deposit amount = $5,000
Trade-In Value = -$13,000
Amount Due at Shipping = $11,500
Total Cost of Upgrade = $16,500

If you place your deposit between now and end of the day Wednesday (5pm PST 11/18/2015) you will receive a $5,000 Accessory Credit that you can use to spend at the RED Store in any way you choose, except for the actual Weapon MG upgrade itself as you are credited at a later date.

This example is in USD because I don't know where everybody lives and what the exchange rates are.

My personal opinion, even if you've been considering upgrading to Weapon MG, this would be the time to do it. Once that Accessory Credit is gone, it's gone. Ordering for MG upgrades has been open for months now and RED stated many, many times that this AKS Credit would not last forever.

As I said earlier, the pricing sheets are being updated as the decision on the extension was made by Jarred and I last night. To get the WEAPON Mg Upgrade Accessory Credit, you have to put your order in by 11:59 PM PT on Nov 18. Once the clock strikes midnight, it turns into a pumpkin.

Phil, the trade-in value depends on when the camera being traded in was purchased, not when the Weapon upgrade order was placed. So the value for Epic-X is either $13K or $15.5K.

Depends if your EPIC-X DRAGON (new or upgrade) was invoiced prior to Apr 12, 2015. And, really, I am just going to go to here to do the math for you. And taking into account the accessory credit deadline extension, so that "No" is a "Yes" until end of my day tomorrow, PT.

I have said it once, and I will say it again, this is why no one in their right mind does upgrades like we do. It is confusing as hell for everyone - just imagine our web teams, ERP teams, reps, etc etc, all having to be in lock step.

But, at the end of the day, we feel it is worth it. I mean, come on, a WEAPON Mg kit for a relative net of $9000?!?

Phil, you listed the post 4/13 price of trade-in, when there is also a pre 4/13 price (if you upgraded / purchased Dragon before 4/13). EPIC-X DRAGON and was paid for before April 13, 2015, the credit is $15,500 (€14355 / £10335). If on or after April 13, then $13,000 (€12040 / £8670).

Yes, you just have to order by EOD tomorrow PT. Then pay the deposit based on terms for your method of payment (wire or credit card).
