  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Scarlet-W has Begun...

I would like to extend my sincere thank you to the Red team, specifically Heather Mckenzie and Brian, sorry can't remember his last name. I switched over my Raven IO to the Scarlet IO today, well actually it was close to the end of the day. They couldn't of made it easier and said my time stamp would be honored. All I can say is thank you, a genuine thank you. It's been echoed countless times before but y'all are some bad assess. Your constant innovation and excellence in customer serviced is unparalleled. I can't think of a better company to invest in.
 
Hey Brent, was I ACTUALLY the first time stamp on the Raven queue? (I have since switched to Scarlet V-Lock kit).

Worth a shot.

haha, thats right, you are still on the list, so that drops me down a notch, curious as well as in those first 20 minutes who else would of known to order but us?
 
Wow, that says a lot about how many cameras got sold in that first 24 hours. I ordered mine about 3 days later, so I might be in for a long wait :).
 
Hmm, I used to have $-1000 as my account balance after depositing for the Scarlet-W, I just checked today it changed to $21.44... Is this normal or a glitch. I suppose it has something to do with the Scarlet-W release?

what will be the weight difference? will the other features/capabilities all be the same?

Whoa!! Ok so I made order for raven on the 2nd day, Kevin helped me make the swap to scarlet on the first day.. That process took a bit of time maybe a few hours of going back and forth. Hope this helps.

but woah!!!!! I feel very special now!!! Ty!!
 
I think I got in pretty early for my V-Lock package preorder...

Order Receipt Date:
December 10, 2015 20:10

but it's looking like a disadvantage to not have preordered the Raven. Here's hoping I get an email sometime soon!
