  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

REDVOLT-V Battery

Not sure if this was asked but do they work with the older DSMC parts?

They should as they are standard V mount batteries just in a nice thin profile.

a perfectly sized power solution making the DSMC2 camera system complete ... well almost .... just finalise that new RED lens then we will be all good ;-)
 
maybe hold off on 3rd party waiting for these? should be interesting oct 11
 
I only need a few think it will be the perfect ronin counter weight. As I use the Vlock back on the camera and the built in power on the ronin. Swapping batteries on the ronin cause camera, FF and every thing else to shut down. With one of these caked on the back I can cut down on the counterweights and this thing does not take more space than the cables sticking out in the back of camera so no space wasted and really no weight added as I can remove the counterweights. They should not sell ronins without a few of these batteries :)
