Ok. It seems that there's a little bug in Build 326... When exporting with Crop in Custom mode (a red rectangle over the image appears) the clips are upside down!
Anyone else with this?
Yes, the same here:
the clips are upside down after export
with 326 when exporting QT 1920x1080 Prores 16/9 (no cropping) ,
debayer nearest fit.
Also, something strange: I cannot uncheck :"Use rocket“ (grayed)
while there is no rocket in Mac
So I am back to 321 where there is not this issue
Now I am at a point where I have 3 long clips in the timeline and I just can't find how to zoom out the timeline so I can see all the clips at once. I read the manual and no reference I could find. I cannot find a slider or zoom button like in AE or Final Cut.

Please verify that you DO NOT have flip set on your framing controls. This setting is pulled from the camera metadata. If flip is not set and it is still upside down please send a RCX log with verbose logging enabled of this to 'redcinex at red dot com'
You should not need to uncheck the "use rocket" box as it will not use it if it is not present. That simply means that the next time a rocket is connected it will use it.
Hi Alex,
We haven't had any audio issues in a while. Please turn on verbose logging and send a copy of your log file to redcinex at red dot com please. Thanks!
You can access the current log file from the Help menu.

There are multiple ways to do this.
1. Use your mouse wheel over the timeline to Zoom In our Out.
2. In the "View" menu at the top of the screen choose fit timeline to window.
3. Shift+Z
Now I'm really starting to freak out - I busted out a laptop that has not had any Apple software updates in a long time (there is a Pro Apps update that is available but not installed) and the same black Quicktimes problem with REDCINE-X build 252! I even tried the Animation codec in case it was just a ProRes problem, and that was all black as well.
So that's 3 different computers and 7 different versions of REDCINE-X, with different versions of Apple software updates, and different versions of the FCS studio installer. All 3 computers worked perfectly fine a couple of weeks ago. So what's going on? I'm royally screwed at this point.
I'm now on a 4th computer, an iMac with no RED software previously installed. No FCS plugins. Just installed REDCINE-X 262, and... black Quicktimes.
I know it's not my footage being corrupt, because I'm trying to re-render footage that I rendered fine last week.
As others have reported, REDLine works just fine, other than the fact that it is not using my RMD settings.
Which gave me a thought... I deleted my RMD files, which had been updated in build 326, and started fresh in 262. Voila, problem solved!
So it seems that Build 326 is creating broken RMD files that lead to all-black Quicktime renders in that or any older build.
Will my verbose logs still be of help to you, Matthew?
