  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

When I first joined the RED family I didn't really know that it was in fact that: a family. With the usual dynamics and all. At the end of the day RED just shines so much brighter than all its competitors together with unprecedented moves like this one. Congrats to all the upgraded.

So I just got a couple of PMs from Brent!....All I can say is wow!....Again this is my first RED purchase....and Im really proud to do business with a company run by such great people! It goes to show just Being decent can pay off! Thanks Brent and Jarred!

I didn't know what was going on then I came to the forum....Still amazed!

I keep seeing people refer to it as a cult in other forums... I don't think it's accurate at all.
 
I have the preorder down for my first Red camera. And, I haven't been on reduser for long, but from what I've encountered, everyone's intentions have been nothing but positive. It was never really a question of which company I should choose to invest in. Acts like this just continue to solidify that I've made the right choice. :grouphug:

Think there is anyway I could get my epic upgraded from when I turned 18 and wanted a tattoo? HAHA :lol: I'm pumped to finally be apart of the RED family and owning my first Scarlet-W after all these years of dreaming it. Thank you guys for everything you do!
 
Scarlet w is my first ever red purchase and I'm pretty new to the forums. I find everyone to be so helpful on here and actually supportive of other people's work. Jarred and Brent always giving helpful advise when needed aswell. I am happy about my purchase all round and am glad to have joined the Red family at long last :)

This makes me so happy. Not because I'll be one of those chosen - I actually said nothing at all on this thread, despite my disappointment at what it meant for my S-W allocation, because I understood it's not just about what's important to me (pumping out more S-Ws) but about what's right for Red to do as a business and for the customer base as a whole.

But this makes me so happy because it validates my choice to join the Red family.

Amazing cameras are one thing. Amazing customer service and dedication to the userbase is a whole other level of awesome.
