I took this one using a 60mm macro in Havasupai Canyon. Very hard to take a bad picture there!

Very nice shots Med. The tree on the far right seems to be floating above the river.

And your portrait grab is loaded with character Chris. Well done.

Congrats, sounds like an awesome set! Looking forward to your picts.

Here is a shot with the 35 Lux. The beach is very white but it is not sand, instead it is the spines of millions of dead fish. This is the Salton Sea.

Beautiful David!

I posted that one in another section but I originally planned to have it here.

Wow, excellent picts guys.

Very cool Med. Would love to visit the Salton Sea someday.
Excellent pict David. Looks like a screen grab from a timelapse sequence.
Wow Vincent. Interesting composition, tack sharp, great model/pose. More like a hires still than a screen grab.

Thanks Mark!
We didn't go crazy in Photoshop and tried to keep as close as we shot it to show the latitude of the sensor.
Hopefully I will post more from this session really soon. Skin tones are really interesting on some stuff we captured that day.

Vincent,

thanks for posting into this creative thread. This shot and the vimeo clip are really nice examples of Leica r on RED.

Hope to to see more stuff soon.

You're more than welcome David!
I really like digging into that thread and I hope more and more people will post stuff shot with Leica-R.

Here's another portrait shot with the 80mm Summilux at f4.0.

Great shot Vincent. Would love to see an r3d snapshot of that one. That 80mm is a wonderful lens. Mine blooms a bit at 1.4 but such a solid piece of glass!
