And to be explicitly clear, these are all items you have paid for and have not received outside of what has already been refunded to you outside of this Group Buy?

i.e. These are items owed or refunds owed that you have already purchased?

Yes, absolutely. All the items on this list have been paid for in full. All items are covered under the sales order that was cancelled and refund requested on 8/30/2018
 
Hello,

I am seeking an update to the status of my refund, as requested in August, 2018, and for a general update as to the status of unfulfilled orders.

As Brandon knows, he guaranteed in December of 2014, that it would take 14 days from the time of payment to complete the manufacturing of all LED Group Buy products, that all products would be received by January, 2015, and that he had worked out all the R&D in advance of the group buy. (citation provided below)

Back in February I received and email saying my order from the original 2015 group buy was ready to ship.. I have not received them. I received the controllers about a year ago but have not seen the matts or accessories... Patience are wearing thin.
 
Same here. Mats packed and ready to ship, invoiced me January 22 for $75 more for immediate shipping. I sent the $75 January 23. Promised tracking info the following week. Nothing yet.
 
I also sent an email the day I posted here and Brandon replied. I am meant to get a shipping confirmation & tracking number today. One can only hope. Perhaps try an email to KoraLED.
 
Hi,

I have a problem with my controllers. Light is randomly blinking. Everything is ok with power supply, not interruptions, it is definitely a controller issue. It flashes (cuts light) randomly once every 10s or so. It is the same if I have full roll of strip on one output or distributed across multiple outputs (I thought strips are drawing too much current from one output, but that is not the case).
Hay anyone tried with combining output ports into one? As if I brick together two negative poles to get one 20A output?

Is here anyone with same issue?

yeah... had that with several items.... saying my order is ready to ship... and after that, for weeks and months, nothing happened... Or telling me when I order he can ship within 2 weeks...in reality: more than 2 years. It seems to be his way to make business.

are still open... and Brandon wants to finish them one by one..... not together.... and it seems, with severall of the items he still has to reach a MOQ.

Hello all,

As this thread's resident curmudgeon I wanted to chime in. As people might know, my issues with Brandon began when he refused to issue a me refund. He has also since stated that he will not ship me any product, and that "we're done", which I interpret as him publicly stating his intention to commit fraud. I wanted to give Brandon a few days to respond to everyone's concerns publicly and on the record, but seeing that he hasn't yet, I felt I needed to give you all important information.

When multiple people started coming forward last week complaining of un-shipped orders, I had a friend of mine contact Kora LED asking for a price quote for LED strips. Brandon replied within 2 hours, supplying a quote. In a subsequent email, Brandon also stated that there was no delay in shipping, and that orders would go out "the next day", with free shipping. The key points to take away from his replies are:

1) Brandon is still currently active with Kora LED
2) He does have the ability to respond to emails quickly
3) He does have product in stock
4) There are no delays in shipping

Feel free to use this information to empower yourselves moving forward.

I received a tracking number today for two Standard / Variable / DC 12V mats via DHL. This must be the shipment that was charged $75 more for in January, part 2 of an order placed August 2017. It's still not everything from the order, but it is nice to see there is still life in this. Hopefully anyone else waiting for these 12V mats is getting their soon too.
 
I had a great conversation on the phone with Brandon. He called me on Saturday and we talked about status. COVID really hit his business hard but he is committed doing right by all of us. He's essentially a one-man operation who has had an extremely difficult road even before COVID. I have about $3K worth of unfulfilled orders but at the end of the day, it's only money. He's a person doing his best and I'm not going to make it harder for him by demanding refunds or bludgeoning him with complaints. That's my take. He's no kickstarter fraudster. He has just had a long streak of bad luck.
