  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

What shutter speed and is your black calibration providing a color warning on your screen?

By the way, there are a few things in here that have been hotly debated and it is a testament to RED's commitment to listening to user feedback to implement certain features that users are insistent on. Thanks so much!

What "operating temp" did you calibrate at?
 
Does the BEEP tone feature on this release build work ?
In the Beta build, the BEEP signaling rolling & cutting didn't work quite right...instead it made a sporatic high pitch static sound....has this been rectified?
 
* Added support for MiniMag 512GB media

So, for those of us who have sold the 1.8" gear (Mags, module, reader) and are awaiting their mini-SSDs to arrive, does that mean that 4.0.18 will NOT recognize the mini-SSDs? How are we going to upgrade now?
 
As an FYI- RED just confirmed that you can use your new mini-SSDs to upgrade your camera to 5.1.34 from 4.0.18. However, you won't be able to operate your camera with the mini-mags on 4.0.18.
 
Wow! between that and finding out my redrocket card will not work with dragon r3d's it's Not a great start to the year.
 
please RED can you clarify if the redrocket will have a firmware upgrade to work with the dragon?
