  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Backorder Update - November 8

Jarred Land;

Good news is everything on this list is continuing to be manufactured and assembled and shipped daily at our Irvine California facility within our full capacity with no part shortages.

RED VOLT Quad charger... ?
RED VOLTS?
RED VOLT travel chargers... ?

Bomb EVF - Should be completely out of backorder end of next week. AWESOME!!!!!!

REDMOTE - All orders up to last week should be shipped between now and December 15th. AWESOME!!!!!!

DSMC Side Handle - Out of backorder 3rd week of November. AWESOME!!!!!!

Epic Canon Mount - Opened up a new line to facilitate demand. Shipping a ton of these daily... All orders up to last week should be shipped between now and December 15th.
IF you can get me this Canon puppy by december 2nd, You'd be FRICKEN AWESOME!!!!!!

Just please remember this thread is a "backorder" update. Meaning products already released, but orders exceed available shippable units. "Coming soon" (ie, not yet released) product questions should be addressed outside of this thread.

Along those lines - maybe less "Thanks Jarred", "Great News!" posts so the thread doesn't balloon to 50 pages per day. Maybe just those with specific questions for Jarred to answer on these update posts.

Are you continuing to build mounts at a rate so there will be ample supply (i.e., no backorder for anyone who can't get an order in within the first ten minutes or so of being up in the store?)

I guess I'm probably the most guilty of this, but there is no official Red Thread addressing the "coming soon" items and knowing their status is need-to-know stuff. So Brent, maybe you or Jarred could open a thread that addresses those questions? Or maybe you already have one opened and I just missed it.

What else can we trade from the old RED setup?

Thanks for the update Jarred. When you say "all orders", does that include the Stage 2 shipments?

Stupid question, but if Canon mounts will be out of backorder by December 15th does that mean if we ordered August 27th we will expect our mount before December 1st? Sorry, I just have an overseas shoot on December 1 and want to know if I need to consider a back-up plan.
