  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Nice to meet you Kaiven, is there a way your batteries can pass along the correct info for Red / Scarlet cameras to read? I'd be interested in buying a few of your batteries if this would be a possibility.

I am not sure normally li-pos are 4.2 volts/cell max.

I'm curious too, I'd like to buy a few.

If I buy the x QB Switronix V-Mount
and the x "Fixed Back", can I mount these batteries and I'm good to go?

My Red Volts last about 8 minutes at this point.

Yes they do work without a side handle if you have a V-Mount plate that uses a lemo plug. Had a weird encounter with the latest beta firmware or the battery yesterday. Was playing the camera and noticed it was at 13.8V for 15mins then dropped to 13.7 then back up to 13.8. Seems like the voltage readings are wrong. It took 30-40mins to drop from 13.8v to 13.5v Not sure if it's the current beta firmware i'm using.

The day before I only had it on for 30mins and it dropped from 16.v to 14.0v, which was faster than normal, But from 14.v to 13.5 took over 1hour.
 
Sorry guys! I'm busy designing a new product about DC-Convert(DC 9-16.8 input,24V@10A output,use two batteries).Who has a good idea,let me known please. I will show you some pictures explain "14.4 ,14.8",and later i will Published an ebay account :frown5:,but I am not a saler so don't complain to me about answer, deliver,slowly....... It reads 16.0v fully charged. Yes those are the same just diff sellers.

When we calculate battery capacity, 8.8Ah*14.4v=126.7Wh or 8.8Ah*14.8v=130.2Wh.
2，what is 8.8Ah
Cells manufacturers suply for me. one cell capacity is 2200mAh,
work voltage from 4.2v to 3v(max:4.3v to 2.75v)
We packed cells 4s4p(4.2v*4,2200*4. if 4s6p: 4.2v*4,2200*6.),so battery work voltage is 16.8v~12v,your camera have a DC-DC converter inside ,it can convert 16.8~12 to 12 or other voltage.therefore don't worry 14.4 and 14.8.
3, what is 14.4 and 14.8
When we test battery capacity,must constant current discharge battery,watch the discharge curve(6A discharge)，gently line is 13v-14v , So if i mark 14.4 must low 130Wh ,but if mark 14.8..... :)
In any case battery capacity is 9.12406Ah.So Accurate identification battery capacity is Ah Not Wh.
