Warning.. once you go to the 9" it is really hard to go back. As obnoxious as it looks to have a screen that is twice the size of your camera sitting on top.... it really changes the game...

[Nick Barton]

Wow, that is super cool! Thanks for the heads up Jarred!

[Paul Hazlett]

As a mildly related topic, is the color highlight for focus coming back or have I just missed it in the update, waiting for the 9" to change my game...since I am very gamey

[Patrick Tresch]

Hello,

What is the resolution of the 9'' ?

Thanks.

Patrick

I had to cancel my order for the 9" due to a rather urgent need for another piece of gear, but damn I'll be ordering it soon. It's kind of the window to the world I've been looking for.

Is there a BIGGER touch screen in the works?
(because this one was out of the blue)

[Martin Stevens]

Thanks Jarred.

I am REALLY looking forward to this arriving. Put my order in last week.

[Yousuf Abbasi]

Nice- does it work with r1mx?

[Ketch Rossi]

Yeap, notified and ready to play...

It was hard for me to go down to the 5" after the 7" on the R1, but very happy to go up a notch and move to the marvelous 9"...

[Blair S. Paulsen]

Ordered it 12 minutes after Jarred's post ;-)

Cheers - #19

It's not out of the blue, RED said they were working on a 9 inch since 2008-09. It's been secretly worked on in the meantime.
