Thank goodness! When I first saw those odds, a mental picture flashed into my brain of Jarred on the floor with the dog you pictured sitting on his belly with his paws on Jarred's arms, pinning him doun: and the dog, teeth bared, looking doun and drooling all over Jarred's neck. Then Jarred turning his head to his Second saying "Shoot! Dammit, Shoot!" And the Second yelling back at him excitedly "I can't! I might hit the dog!"

Then I thought, "if there had been a next time, I bet Jarred would have done a background check on that Second before selecting him, which would have uncovered that the Second was a big contributor to the SPCA."

Hahahahaha. You are retarded my friend. Hahahaha. I think that's the funniest, most visual and irreverent post I've read on here.

This is Tex... true story.

I got you beat

I got you beat

A week and a half ago while doing a bit of manual override machining on my CNC milling machine (on Ken Corben's underwater housing for the RED) I forgot to turn off the spindle and reached in to file off a burr and stuck my hand into a sixflute 1.25" end mill spinning at 1200RPM.

I had to tell Ken there was another RED delay - blood red this time.

I get the 14 stitches out tomorrow. Fortunately no tendon damage but he had to figure out how close up the missing 1.25" circle of missing skin.

its ok jared's finger will get fixed in the next build :) muhahahaha feature creep

Love it.

Ooh! Yuch! Let's not start that one or I will show you my appendectamy scar! :)
The factory of the future will have only two employees, a man and a dog. The man will be there to feed the dog. The dog will be there to keep the man from touching the equipment. ~Warren G. Bennis

I'm almost there just gotta get the dog.

Urgh, man that sucks! That picture finally made me decide to build a plexiglass box for my CNC once it's done.

Glad you caught that! :)

That is my standard tag but I thought you might get a kick out of it. Now, if anyone got the Roy Scheider play.................

Really man, you need to keep hands and feet inside the vehicle, (outside) for best results, while in motion

Hope you heal quickly!

I would assume TEX is a parrot..I have one just like that!!!

I have really taken a beating from him at times...but trust me I gave it back!!

fucking birds!

Mine is SPike and he is a yellowhead amazon..

whoops I see who TEX is now....LOL

I am guessing that Jim is telling it like it is.

This means that Jarred may have won but, he won a fight with an inanimate object............ :)

An inanimate object... but one with razor sharp claws of steel.

Jim

uhh... jarred, exactly how were you teasing tex?

"My Schick Quattro razor is sharper then you!"

Congratulations you have gone |0|0|1| days without an on site injury!

oh... I don't know...

Perhaps "Tex" is really Jim's alter-ego and pushed a little to hard this time to get the orders out...

Jarred in a momentary lapse of reason from working 25 hours a day responded nonverbally to Jim's request to put in another 3 hours a day until everybody is "happy"

Jim in a mad rush to make sure none of the ladies in the office were offended got a little overzealous in his response to contain said gesture causing the above injury and bandage situation...

oh the irony...

Jarred: "it was all my fault... I'll be good from now on Mr. Jannard sir."
(he respects a good office policy)

But its all a big joke, ain't it ?. If not, well jarred should be carefull next time because this kind of thing can grow trice as big overnight and come back for a revenge fight then not only a finger will be involve but the whole hand. The third time Tex will come multiplied. Be carefull jarred...LOL

Just in case you had any doubts who won this skirmish.....

and, yeah, that is flesh and blood you see on that blade. A nasty battle, indeed. Jarred lives to fight new nemesis, the future may not be so bright for Tex.
