  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

VFS Inclino, Imperio, Origo News ??

I know it's a different beast, but I have a feeling a lot of Impero/Inclino sales may be lost to Arri's release of their MFF-1. Too bad there have been so many delays.

Why one should buy the MFF-1 if he/she was interested in a motorized FF?

They might want to make their motorized FF their all-purpose FF. Alternatively, if they go with the manual FF, they may opt to rent the motorized one for those special needs.
 
These motors/controller (View Factor) are really amazing... No need to go ARRI. I have and love the ARRI FF4 system. It's dangerously close to being "put on the shelf."

I'm still waiting just like everyone. It's killing me too but I'm telling you guys, it's really, really worth the wait and patience.
 
Just got my Origo yesterday. . . it's a cool little accessory. But, BOY, do I ever need that wireless follow-focus unit.

(Kinda like I feel while waiting for a FF.) Anyone acquainted with Monty Python knows that this is the punchline to the funniest joke in the world. And it killed a lot of people.

But for no reason at all, I feel like hope is just around the corner and it won't be too much longer.
 
Yup, just got them. I'm going over them with the calipers,bore gauges and micrometers as we speak. Now I can actually try things out on production parts that I've been waiting to do for over two months.... :) Stay tuned over the next few days for good updates.
