  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

No way dude. Don't be reserved, thats not what this place is about. I think he was just suggesting to post in an area where you would get focused responses about your issues. Everyone on here is wrapped up in the new updates about Helium we all just learned about. And yes this is an update thread.

Maybe a little. The lineup, especially with the upcoming October Semi-Surprise, is now very confusing. I'm sure you guys have a good plan, though, you seem to almost always do.
 
Thanks for reaching out Brent and understand about the Helium updates and thread location and will note for the future. The LCD has been working fine so far, it was just a day 1 glitch, will be in touch if problem duplicates but all is well for now! Thanks again everyone.

A camera phone worth $1-5k is much better for difficult occasions compared to a $54k plus weapon system. If you loose it you can much more easily afford to replace it. So load up the drones, nature photography, extreme sports, drunken street documentary, and let rip. Why, I could even carry one around on a bungy cord.
 
I noticed some people have been waiting a long time for their Scarlet-W.
On the page to purchase it says 'If you order today it's expected to ship in fall.'

Is this still accurate since I've seen that some people have been waiting since last year?

Many of us who ordered on Dec 10th have yet to get our camera. However, Jarred has mentioned that in the coming months production numbers will rise and rise. So theoretically they could work through the pile of orders and catch up by the end of fall.
 
Have any December 10th orders received their cameras? I'm still not seeing any posts on saying such on red user and very few on facebook in the last few months.

Thanks Josh, Hoping for the best that the order I placed will indeed be ready by Fall. 2016 that is.:p

I'm waiting for a Nov. 30 order (Raven switch)
 
Remember that December 19th is technically "fall"....
