Ya mean sorta like this? ... :aureola:Douchebag is as douchebag does... While the ol' four finger finder isn't grounds enough for me to make a douchebag declaration, it may alert the early warning system in the presence of other factors. A beret or ascot would qualify as contributing factors for sure, and if it isn't cold a scarf counts as an ascot.
Personally I think a cravat is really stylish, even better, riding breeches with a beret.

You have to have genuine ultra-style going on to pull off any of those things. ;-) Ultimately it's all about attitude though.
It's just a way to communicate a complex idea. I never do it, but that's just me.
Scott, I agree 100% with you here. I am exaggerating when I say "instant loss of respect." it's a douche-flag for sure![]()
I think we need a judge's ruling. The gesture is not the same.

Even a layperson can tell the difference.
Hand-framing is for those filmmakers that don't know what lens to use or to show the rest of us how to see the world. Although I have seen David Fincher do this a few times, and that dude knows exactly what lens to use.
I disagree the 1st photo "The tool" he looks so stylish you can tell he has a stylist, he's sharp, he's happening, he is so it right now.
As for that old guy after him...who's he?
