OK i just tried it with my PC and i get the exact same results.
This is the frame exported as Tiff and then cropped with Photoshop CS5, Windows 7:
Exactly the same as the Tiff exported with my Mac. Latest OSX:
Nikolai did you change something in the R3D settings? When i am layering my cropped image on top of yours the colours don't match.
I imported the R3D and then exported a Tiff snapshot at full quality. I get the same results in my mac and my PC but your image is different. It's more fuzzy and colour saturation looks different.
EDIT: Just tried exporting DPX. Same results...
