Scarlet MX to Scarlet Dragon Upgrades are ready to begin.

I know you Scarlet guys have been waiting forever, so thank you again for your patience. Email notifications will begin in the next 24 hours.

If you are an Epic owner and still waiting for your call you should of already been notified. Contact your rep if you havn't and if need help getting your upgrade sorted as soon as you can, as the price for all Dragon Sensor upgrades is going to go up on December 1st to $12,500. For monochrome, will go up to $15,000.

With the price increase on the Dragon sensor upgrade come Dec. 1st, does this mean prices of Dragon camera bodies will go up as well?

While not an upgrade, I'm picking up my Scarlet Dragon from Red HQ this monday morning! I'm super psyched, especially considering the swappable OLPF option! I intend to do some solid creatively lit fun to watch tests right away reproducing setups I previously did w/ the MX sensor like this:

I intend to also expand and do higher contrast variations w/ Joker Lekos, anamorphic and more.. i can't wait. It'll make for a great MX vs Dragon comparison :thumbsup:

All DRAGON upgrades move to $12,500 USD. If you have an existing order in the system and have not started the upgrade process by Dec 1, goes up to that price.

How long can the process take to start? So even if I order before december 1st and the process hash´t started yet, it´s going to be 12,500? Can you cancel before the process starts?

Started means you have placed your order and have paid the upgrade fee.

Always can cancel, yes, as long as order processing has not begun (ie, your camera half open on a bench).
