A few more questions:

To connect a REDRAY to an HD television would you use the Preview output?

Will it only be possible to playback .RED files on a REDRAY? Is computer playback possible?

Will there be a new RCX-Pro update soon with .RED encoding capabilities?

Was I dreaming about R3D debayering with the GPU in RCX-Pro?

Coming.. Gotta talk a little about ODEMAX first.

This is what I am most interested in. The launch of a true 4K distribution network, that content providers like us can tap into. The idea of having a 4K driven content platform (the Youtube of 4K if you will) is pretty f*cking genius. This is what I want. To shoot and master cool sh*t in 4K, and have the proper place to host it. Or showcase it. Depending on how it works. Curious if its curated (ie like a network, only signing up the content they want and that fits the brand) or if its its a user-driven platform like Vimeo.

Whatever your cooking, I like how it smells....

First off. Awesome. Really awesome.

A few questions.

-Current playback frame rates are listed as: 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, and 60fps. Does that also mean 23.98, 29.97, 47.95, 59.94?
-. R3D and .MP4 support out of the box. Will more formats be supported via firmware upgrade? I'm thinking down the line once h.265 or other formats happen.
- .RED format/codec sounds great. Like amazing great. Can we expect Adobe, Avid, and Apple support soonish.
- .RED files can be played back locally? (for quality control purposes)
- RRencoder Plugin for RCX. Awesome. So awesome. Will it support image sequences (not just intermediate video formats)?
- CRIMSON Projection systems. Is this the "theatrical" or "home" model of RedRay?
- RedCrypt encryption, more info?

It's so damn compact. Thank you for including Genlock. Smart.

And, $1450. Yeah. That's pretty much a game changer.

And um. Can you say 4K dailies on SD Cards? Because that's pretty neat. Not to mention that can be full projects as well. Just great.
