Dragon has the highest dynamic range of any camera I have used. When Jim and Jarred sent me the camera, my main goal was to push Dragon to the absolute edge of what it can do right now. This frame was shot here in Sri Lanka at 6K, 85fps on a Leica Summilux prime, and yes, that is the sun directly behind the elephant, between those two clouds. There were no bounces or lights used... this is 100% natural sunlight from behind the elephant.

Thank you to Ian at Light Iron for helping me with a quick grade. :cheers2:

Great looking image.

Look forward to seeing this in motion.

Like this shot and others we've seen from the lucky few who got their Dragons, it BLOWS MY MIND that all these shots were done with natural light ONLY!
What's sure is that setting up lights and eliminating hotspots will be MUCH EASIER and FASTER with the Dragon :)

That looks great Tom, any chance of posting a TIFF :D
Thanks Stephen

The guy holding the bounce just got fired. "Damn dragon with extra DR..." :biggrinjester:

Tom,

you as an expert, btw, could you check if Dragon can do push and pull shadows and highlights something similar like on these two examples below???
