  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Raven Queue Put Together

I was thinking the same exact thing. It seems like the line for the Scarlet-w is not moving could we a queue made so we could see the progression..
 
@ Brent & Devin

I don't think your requests will be satisfied, especially in a Raven subforum and on top of that a thread named "Raven Queue Put Together."

You guys need to do something else altogether. Think of it this way, Raven is for Raven only, Scarlet W is for Scarlet W only.

I'm not looking for a "Scarlet W Queue" thread, because I ordered a Raven. And, most people that ordered a Scarlet W are not looking for a "Scarlet W Queue" thread in a Raven subforum. Just showing you the mistake you are doing.

SO... here are my suggestions.
-Ask a moderator or site admin. to create a subforum for Scarlet-W
-After subforum is created, then create a thread "Scarlet-W Queue Put together"
OR
-Create a thread in the Red Discussion subforum, named "Scarlet-W Queue Put together"
OR
-Create a thread in the Scarlet subforum, named "Scarlet-W Queue Put together"

AND, after doing that, be prepared to update the thread like Kristopher Colavecchio does to this thread.

I’m sure members here appreciate your effort to provide direction; however, the inquiry was not regarding the pursuit of establishing a new Scarlet-W queue, but rather to locate one that may already be in existence. As you know, there is no “Scarlet-W” forum so there is a less logical place for its placement other than the traditional “Scarlet” forum of which consists of mostly DSMC1 posts. I’m sure there is an element of people with Raven orders, ourselves included, that also have Scarlet-W brains on order. Our inquiry was made in regards to estimating what brain is going to arrive first based on length of order queues and rate of which units are shipping. Retailers and Red are surprisingly cryptic on the topic and we are simply attempting to determine what cameras will be allocated to various productions as we approach the winter season and into 2017. It’s just business and the vague information we continue to receive is making it more difficult to properly assess the situation.

I take it from the response that there is no such Scarlet-W queue which answers the question.

Have you tried the search function? (Top right corner, below the advert)
And, after that if you feel that it is futile to look for something that may not exist... why not create the thread?
I'm sure you aren't the only one looking for a Scarlet-W thread, Devin is an example. Be the Hero, create the thread if it doesn't exist.

I would really love to know the status of the Raven orders. I did read the July update from Jared in regards to the sensors but the queue never seems to move. Has anybody even heard of an October 1st allocation yet?

The serials do not ship in any particular order, so this doesn't exactly hold up. Hundreds of numbers in the 1 to 1200 range could still be on the shelves.
