  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

jarred, i did not say that you discriminate us. but i still think that conus costumers are getting their gear faster than costumers in europe.

you can see in the following screenshot, that some guys in the united states got their plates within 2 weeks, and this whas while i had to wait 5 months. "equally" ? are you still shure ?

redray: i really would buy it, it's only the fact, that some specifications are not pal friendly, and nobody says: hey, we are working on that, or at least: it's on our todo list :-)

could you explain (just for my understanding) why it is not possible to enable 25fps on the redray? i can't believe it will eat up too much processor ressources...
was the same with scarlets 3k 48fps instead of the needed 50fps...
can't believe that the missing two frames are too much work for the hardware :-)

once again, i'm very satisfied with your cameras and other products, only a few very little things which are frustrating...

Can somebody in the official know please fill us in with the shipping of the V-Lock modules? I ordered mine last week of March with a "2-3 week" shipping est.

Ordered mine in May and got it 5 days later oO

I' had the exact same experience with the Redvolt XL module. I don't think it's a US vs Europe thing, but I went thru the roof when people who ordered 4 months after me received them a month before me.
Bomb reps boss in UK stepped in and sorted it out. Seems more like some internal malfunction rather than anything. But it is damn frustrating to witness.
 
Im really not pleased with bullshit in getting from my uk bombsquad that im next in line and then waiting for another month. Looks like even two now... All his responses are "ill let you know when i know something"
eu customers are in the worst position i think...
im really not happy at the moment as project are flying by... And i have orent stuff i paid 6months ago

I'm really not happy with this. I understand that estimated shipping date is not the same betwenn US and European webstore but customers should know what to expect BEFORE making orders.

It seems to me whoever has the job of updating the availability info on the site is either not doing their job or is being restricted in doing their job by the architecture of the site.
 
Hey Everyone,

We expect to receive parts next week we had a pretty long lead time on some components but luckily once material is received we should be able to fulfill the backlog pretty quick and have some good stock levels.

No pressure or contact with the triangle shaped attachment point on the rear of the adapter module. Back of the quickplate is cut out around it. Hook/tab at the top, two locking posts at the bottom. It's like a standard RED module in that regard.

I've been waiting three weeks since ordering this one, anyone know when it's shipping again? Right know my camera is just sitting here, connected to the wall socket :/
 
We got two last week. But they were on back order for several weeks. Hope that helps.

We have ours on + one adapters and it's nice - same profile. You get a 4 pin power out on the +1 module, plus two 2pin power outs on the Quick plate. And one less cable to deal with. Together, they feel like what you would want as the "go to" config for most builds. The only bummer is that the EPIC no longer fits in the small shipping case it came in. You have to remove the Quick plate before it will fit.

I got word it were to be sent last week from London, but I haven't recieved any notion that it has or will be.
