  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Where in line are we and how manmy ordered?

This has been posted at least three times now. The other name used is Tyler Bradley. Its been posted in the oddest of places. Either Bart's account was hacked, he was trying to quote someone, or he is secretly Tyler.

I'm particularly confused as to where his SO number or timecode is. Does someone see it in there? I don't know how to fit that rant into an excel spreadsheet cell. :P

Need we all quote it in its entirety and fill pages with the same content? :D

BTW the pre-scarlet slope of .05 orders per minute increased to .5-.7 for the days following. So about a 10x increase in orders. And also another piece of evidence suggesting "800" is the magic 0 number ignoring phone orders which won't show up in the proper order.

I am little confused my order got changed from package to individual parts (more expensive) as well - I did change the Canon to PL mount but Jim said we still get package price (plus the 1500 or whatever for the TiPL mount) But my order now does not show a PL mount has the package canceled and lists individual parts :/ totally confusing.
I did get my PL change request confirmation on a sunday evening though - maybe the guys need some rest ;)

My SO is 1991

That won´t get me a scarlet for christmas except if everybody else got the canon mount :)

I got my confirmation email for the order on 09:14:44 MEZ Nov 4th if that helps any.

And they don´t want any deposit for now in Europe it seems. If they wait any longer the Euro is worth nothing and I won´t be able to afford it anymore ;)
 
Maybe, you can correlate data also from e-mail ordering.

6.55 PST - I sent e-mail requesting package details -> 7.13 PST received package details from BombSquad rep, same as posted by Jarred on Scarletuser
7.24 PST - I sent e-mail requesting order of Scarlet-X package and sales quote as confirmation
8.24 PST - received confirmation e-mail with sales quote and SO 50913

So, order was placed in the system somewhere between 7.24 - 8.24 PST
 
Man,

I sat around the computer all night. Read multiple twitter feeds, and called RED right after 8. I stayed on hold til they allowed orders and placed mine. Was about 8:10pst

But then I got the e-mail to place the order via the web 5 hours later while I was asleep, so I did that. Which moved me down the line quite a bit it appears. My web order is 1593. I think my phone order would have been MUCH lower, but was never entered. Kinda bums me out a bit.
 
Glad to see that you managed to send email ... this is what we have done without any success. We've tried by phone in vain ... so we finally decided to use internet and this very low attacked Online Store... and after almost a hour we ordered the cam ... sad, we wanted to be in the very first 50.
I would be glad to know my position too ... lol ...
