  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Picture of a Weapon

You have it upside down Terry... :)

Interesting. And we're supposedly looking at the left side of the camera, rear to the right?

Well, that looks a HELL of a lot like a place where you're supposed to insert a finger and *pull it open* - between the striped lines... agreed?

Mr. Gio Scope has got a weapon, wonder what else he's got under his sleeve!

So this thing is only as wide as the lens mount... Looking like a nuclear powered version of the old super 8's. Where did I see a picture of one of those recently?

<snip> not a monitor. mini mag; check

This must mean that modules attach on the dumb side, building out width instead of length? Maybe both?

It is either very light, or Ribisi is hooking the ports on his belt.

I have a speculation... No one has mentioned it.. At least not in the 100+ posts I've read.

Mr. Land.... Can we expect a new EVF in our future? One that perhaps blows the privates off mortal man?

I don't know why.. Just a gut feeling, and I've been around a while.

He seems to have his hand against the left side and his fingers are near the bottom of the camera. Notice how this previous picture, which seems to be the top back of the camera fits nicely with this image.

So <<<many>>>...<<<arrows.>>> VVV and ///// Chevrons \\\\\\ ... Which way is up?

The W is not a W. It is two downward pointing arrows VV

(speculation)

+) Modules slide from the right hand side - the standard I/O module below (arrows show how it hooks up to the brain)
+) Bottom right of pic below is the 'hinge' for the right Module (with battery inside) to 'swing' open.
+) Left hand side ... err space to push in a couple of mini modules for 2 x the write rate :D

Spot on. Digging the thin I/O module. It looks to be little more than an inch thick.

Off topic a bit but where are they that there's an SLS AMG behind him? And are they shooting the car for a promo? Hope so.

Thats Jarreds Car right?

What i think its most lovely in this picture (shelled machine aside) is that the XL is inserted inside the XL module, differently from the current model, where it sticks out. Amazing new design!

I/O module is 3/8 thick according to jarred.
Which it also looks like in that picture.

Camera seams to be slightly lower in hight than the current dragon, something similar to the hight of the old modules....

All I can say for now is that "WEAPON" has an incredibly sleek new Body design with more to it then we can possibly imagine from the bits seen... And I ma not just talking about the Brain... :)

lucky you! ;) What about the inside? Something new in term of color science and low light capabilities?
