  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

OFFHOLLYWOOD HOTLINK + HOT TAP + HOTBOX R/S WIFI for RED DSMC cameras

Ordered mine two months ago, took my credit card payment immediately and I still haven't gotten one. Emailed every week and was told "next week" every time until now I'm not getting a response.

Looks like a great product but the delivery and service end is pretty bad right now. It's a bummer because I've had 3 long gimbal jobs, plus I bought the app in preparation for this Hotlink and haven't come any closer to a ship date.

Dang, that is a bummer to hear...now I'm kinda wishing I didnt throw down the cash. My bad I guess...but who knows!!!

Yeah ... we had an issue with a supplier and it has been resolved.

Every single order will be shipped before the end of next week and we are ramping up to have inventory to ship on demand.

Horrifically sorry for the delays guys.

Will your 2pin to 2pin and D Tap to 2pin cables work with a Teradek Bolt?

What is the settings to connect to the Foolcontrol app with the current Red Dragon firmware? I am out in the field and am only using the FC app the Hotbox connected to the camera ( I do not use a router).

Join the Hotline wifi network first, from your iOS device (default password is 12345678). Be sure you set your serial protocol to REDLINK command on your Dragon. Open Foolcontrol and it should be good to go. Here are complete the instructions:

Also interested in stock status of redlink / hotbox as I am considering ordering a few...

Nils - I'm pushing for clear answer on the next batch of PCBs - getting a much larger quantity so I can keep stock on the shelves. Hold back on new orders and I'll update this thread when I have solid shipping ETA for new orders.
