OFFHOLLYWOOD is about to release 3 incredibly cool products at IBC, The HotBox, HotLink, and the HotTap. Mark has been kind enough to let me give you guys a sneak peak.
The HotBox and HotLink take advantage of the RCP protocol we released at NAB for wireless camera control, and when paired with the mighty FOOLCONTROL app, it is insanely cool.
The Hot Tap is a P-Tap splitter that gives you 4 wonderfull P-Taps so you can now blow up 4 of your devices all at the same time instead of just blowing up one.

HOTBOX R/S WiFi
The HotBox R/S WiFi is a next-gen, bullet-proof power distribution box (aka "splitter box") with advanced, multi-protocol run/stop functionality designed specifically for rental houses. It is the same product as the HOTBOX R/S with the addition of an internal HOTLINK module to allow for WiFi control of RED DSMC cameras.
Featuring:
WiFi control to RED DSMC cameras (Scarlet, Epic, Dragon). The DSMC Serial Cable (included) connects to the CTRL port on DSMC camera (4-pin 00 LEMO) to the HOTLINK serial input (4-pin 0B LEMO) to pass RS232 communication over WIFi - allowing any application - such as FOOLCONTROL - that supports RED's RCP Protocol - to remotely control and monitor the camera and read/write meta-data to/from the camera.

HOTLINK w/DSMC Serial Cable
The HOTLINK adds WiFi control to RED DSMC cameras (Scarlet, Epic, Dragon). The DSMC Serial Cable (included) connects to the CTRL port on DSMC camera (4-pin 00 LEMO) to the HOTLINK serial input (4-pin 0B LEMO) to pass RS232 communication over WIFi - allowing any application - such as FOOLCONTROL - that supportsRED's RCP Protocol - to remotely control and monitor the camera and read/write meta-data to/from the camera.
Wirelessly monitor the histogram & goal posts, start/stop the camera in addition to changing any setting - instantly - from 60+ feet away from the camera.
Power the HOTLINK via a 2-pin LEMO power input OR a USB Mini power input - perfect for shooting on gimbals and drones.
A captive 1/4"-20 screw for fast, easy mounting on cheeseplates, sidearms, top plates and handles.
Connect via AP (access point) mode for a secure, direct connection to the HOTLINK - OR - connect the HOTLINK (or many HOTLINKs) to a router (STA mode) - allowing a single iOS or Android device to control multiple cameras with HOTLINKs.
Configuration is fast and easy via a simple, embedded HTML interface.

HOTTAP
The HotTap is a next-gen, bullet-proof P-Tap splitter crafted from precision CNC'd aluminum and DuPont™ Delrin®.
An internal, resettable fuse protects from accidental overload.
The 2-pin LEMO power input receptacle features directional over-current protection preventing current from ever flowing back into the power source.
Use a 2-Pin LEMO to P-Tap power cable to power from a battery plate or battery, or a 2-pin LEMO to 2-pin LEMO power cable to power directly from any 2-pin LEMO auxiliary power output - featured on cameras such as ARRI ALEXA/AMIRA and RED's QUICKPLATE MODULE. You can also use a 4-pin LEMO to 2-PIN LEMO power cable to power from RED's +1 Adapter Module.
Two 1/4"-20 captive screws allow for secure mounting on may popular cheese-plates and handles including products such as Backpack Adapter Plate, DSMC Tactical Cage, DSMC Tactical Ribcage and ViewFactor FMJ-SideArms.
