Hi Blair, that was actually just a mock up using the card that Mikael at Foolcontrol was giving out At IBC. My Helix is currently with Mark at Offhollywood, he is going to work up some things for the Helix that should be real "coolio".

Yup. 100% there is an SSL in place. I'll ask provider why the padlock icon doesn't show up as someone else mentioned that as well.

Really sorry for the delay - we made some improvements to the software embedded on the board so that it is more efficient to assign multiple units to a router for multicam, etc. based on a real world beta test on a major TV pilot. You will get an automated email notification with a tracking number when it ships.

Again, sorry for the delay - I'm very, very anxious to have all pre-orders shipped and get to a pint that we can ship on demand.

Mine was supposed to ship this Thursday but I never got a tracking number confirmation so maybe the shipments have been delayed or sent out without the tracking info. I have an iPod literally collecting dust on my bookshelf right now, heh heh. Bought it, purchased the FOOLCONTROL app, then realized there was nothing I could do with the app until I got the hotlink so I just put it aside. It's too bad there's no "manual" on how to use the app that we can browse through while waiting for the hotlink.
