  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

New project...

Magnetising space junk and sweeping orbit with a magnetic feild satelite, that can slow and shift junk out of orbit. (Aluminium can be temporarily magnetised with a laser). My idea.

cold fusion would change the world pretty much.....

He, he, I was just imaging doing a video of cold fusion, where I ram two icecubes together and get them to fuse. :)

Whatever happened that guy was working on a manufactured model to be released in the early 90's?

Did anybody accuratly demonstrate a reason for it without resorting to poor science, like neutron counting, which dismisses rather than proves anything much?

Has Jim & Co. hammered out a practical computational photography/video solution?

I would hope for Cold Fusion. Years ago I shot and reported a tv news story outside Fairbanks Alaska at a NOAA Research facility called Poker Flat. The scientists were launching Nike powered rockets up into the Aurora Borealis to gather data. One of the hopes was to find a pathway to Cold Fusion. That would be better than cool.

OK... just because you guys are trying so hard.

1. It is not world peace. I wish we could deliver.

2. It is not energy related. We will leave that up to Elon Musk.

3. It is not time travel. That is just not going to happen.

4. It is not saving wildlife. Although I am fully engaged in that cause.

5. It is not VR... which I think is as obsolete as 3D. No one has just acknowledged this yet.

6. It is not AR... which I think is doomed because no one wants to wear a headset. Think about it.

Every once in awhile everything changes. That's what we have.

In 2006 I asked everyone to trust me. We delivered 4k on a compact flash card for $17,500 when Sony was selling 1080P for $225K to an SR deck.

Once again, I am asking you to trust me.

Jim

QFT. YMMV.

Something for everybody....

Is it a new RED cellphone that requires no data plan? Something you can buy off the shelf for a flat fee, and it just connects you to the network without a monthly bill? A Verizon/TMobile/AT&T/Sprint killer.

something for everyone. space, time, travel, electronics.

it's a jetpack. Finally!
