Once you execute your serial number for an order, it is locked in so we can plan on our end accordingly. So, place your order once you are sure you want that path.

With this clarification, I am going to take my time to learn more about real specs of Scarlet-Dragon, before deciding which path to take. I am not a patient man, but I need to be wise and let my brain - not my heart made the final decision

it says to send in the scarlet body with side ssd and lens mount....will i get a new epic body with side ssd and lens mount? will those be the same of new ones as well?

My rep just called me and we talked a bit about that... seems Scarlet to Epic will be in July like the Scarlet to Scarlet to Dragon. :confused5:

You'd think that they would be able to ship an Epic out immediately no?

Depends what EPIC-X you are talking about - M-X or DRAGON. The latter obviously cannot being until we are shipping EPIC-X DRAGON. I think FAQs state you will be charged at time trade in / upgrade is processed, not at pre-order. I also said a few posts ago.

Side SSD, if you was doing DRAGON, we have to engrave your existing one with DRAGON. Same Side SSD and lens mount will be returned to you.
