Nothing worked until I finally was able to talk to McClain Nelson on the phone and he seems to have fixed it all.

Warranty on Dragon sensor and upgraded parts is 90-days...not covered under Red Armor for Epic ownersI really wish this wasn't the case!
Also saw something that mentioned the Dragon sensor and upgraded parts will be included for Scarlet owners (said it's factored into the upgrade price for them)...but now I can't seem to find where I read that...perhaps it's one of many things that are subject to change.

Anybody else notice that dragon can do 200fps at 4K?
12 and 16-bit RAW : Compression choices of 18:1 to 3:1
1-100 fps 6K
1-120 fps 5K, 4.5K
1-150 fps
4K 1-200 fps
3K 1-300 fps 2K
Not sure why the upgrade is $9500 for Epic-X upgrade.
because today only Epic-X early adopters can order, and so the upgrade is $8500

Haven't heard anything yet but since our order is being handled by RED UK, I'm hopeful that they will handle the export/import process. Don't want to go through that nightmare again.Anyone got the info about the DRAGON upgrades being done in the USA only or will there be a way to do it at RED UK down the line ?
Or at least will it be possible (they were able to do that for our lens repair recently) to send our camera to UK and have them manage the temporary export/reimport (UE->USA->UE )
Thanks in advance for the info...
it says credited back, maybe you have to buy something fromno i'm implying that today only early Red One adapters owning an Epic-X can upgrade to Dragon, so for us the upgrade is $8500, for Epic-M well there both early and not early.
I just ordered the upgrade and I'm not worry I will pay $8500 and not $9500 as the order says.
probably months just like in previous upgrades/releases but I'll let someone in the know answer for sure. But I'm just saying, don't expect anything less than monthshypothetically... say i purchase a new dragon off of the website... so... at this very moment I press purchase and magically pay for it with money i wish i had...... given the fact that i'm not an early adopter, nor a current red owner...
what is the ballpark waiting time I can expect to receive the dragon?... i know that this is all dependent on the early adopters getting in line...
i'm sure there are estimates.... let's assume that half of the early adopters plop their money down today... how long till a new one ships? if all the early adopters get in line?...
it says credited back, maybe you have to buy something from
store which is 1000$
Thanks for the clarification Andrew..
So main question is WHO ARE THOSE LUCKY ONES gonna have UPGRADED cameras in NAB.apparently nobody from REDUSER
