  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

NAB PHOTOS/STORIES

Had a blast going to NAB this year! The first time I went a couple of years ago I knew no one.. Now its like seeing your own big family gathered together. Only problem is the small amount of time allows you not to be able to talk to everyone :/

I felt a BIG difference this year though.. There always been big secrecy and hush hush between companies before, where no one wants to share their experiences on a "deeper level", but that trend certainly felt like its now going towards collaboration instead. Red of course made it into this years "theme" at their booth which was awesome, but if you listened at the buzz of the show floor the same spirit was certainly being spread all around.. We met some great companies and people this year and we got both awesome feedback and support. I thank everyone who took their time walking all the way over to the Bandpro booth this year :) I know its quite a walking distance from Red :)

Nice meeting you Peter. Haven't been able to move at all from my corner but was a great show with good energy.
FYI, lots of photos on the social networks including some great RED booth photos by Eddie Chai in the Fb scarlet-W group...

yes that as well, but there are a few things, one big issue is the sound of the servos. A few more issues limited axis rotation.Of course its not the only stabilized system that has limitation is axis angle rotation but just saying. its smart,not sure how can it break through other systems. But its claimed to be more accurate and from the videos it looks that its far more stable than other gimbals. Interesting work though.

Anyone happen to shoot the Weapon 8K body with the RedVolt Expander module? I played with it but completely forgot to shoot pix ;)

Wanted to get another look at the total length of the body with the module in place, battery, etc.
