  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Marvel's Daredevil - Shot on Dragon

About 8 months ago these Dragons equipped with MINI-MAGs went to go shoot this series.



This is actually going to be a great series for fans of the comic book. They wrangled things to Daredevil's core and are doing it right. I did color work on the feature film version some time ago. Nice to see those Dragon's off prior to shooting.
 
I see they went with darker realistic style in terms of look, rather than glossy "Avenger-esque". Interesting.

So this must take in the early days before he got a suit and all. I have not followed the Daredevil origins but its definitely good when you see them when they get started. Nice..

Amazing to see what "alternate" content-providers can archive now.
 
Just a cool note btw. As far as I know, all of the newer Netflix productions will be available in UHD 4K. They have been one of the bigger adopters and are pushing UHD 4K into homes and various devices.

If you guys remember that opening shot of Season 2 of House of Cards it was sort of a tip of the hat of what UHD 4K broadcast and delivery is all about. A nice detailed wide shot.

Director of Photography is Matt Lloyd (Fargo the Series).

Director of the show is Drew Goddard (Cabin in the Woods).
