  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

KETCH ROSSi

I'm sorry to read your post This is "NOT" Good By... When ever I have searched this forum for answers to a problem or just general information, most the time I come across a contribution from yourself and have found it nothing but helpful. You have always taken time to respond to questions big or small, complex or simple from forum members like myself. It saddens me that some people feel the need to poke fun or be disrespectful to you, your ideas, your dreams. I myself have suffered similar unnecessary abuse and put downs at work and at home to the point when it more than just annoys me. However I never let it stop me in what I want to achieve and do in my life and I am sure you won't let these few sad individuals stop you. Remember believing in your self is half the battle, the rest is pure hard work with sometimes a little sprinkle of luck and good fortune.

Ill leave you with a Napoleon quote (not that I am a massive fan of the man he was a tyrant that needed to be stopped and was stopped, however he did have a way with words.)

"Imagination rules the world."

Take care.

Thanks Daniel,

despite the age, I'm new at this internet thing, and it has only been as of recent that this has started to happen, but I am adapting pretty fast, and the support of those like you here in this forum sure do help a lot to insure that I understand the nature of things and that they are too many that support and care for me, to let any few others ruin it for all, so rest assure that I will NOT go any wee any time soon, and that my Dreams will surely NOT be stopped by no one, and my Imagination is what fuels my health, so that too can't be stopped EVER!!

Great quote BTW.. ;)

My pleasure, and thanks for the kind words Andreas.

Yes we sure all hope for this new year to be ever more exciting then this one that has just past... and it will be... ;)

Ketch, good that you've not gone. This place wouldn't be the same without you.
Keep The great work Compare

Hey Ketch, just read the book "Sustainable Urban Environments: An Ecosystem Approach" ... is a systems approach text book (post grad), which I'd think would be good reading for your Tree of Life project. Is perty much a a who's who of large city projects for northern Europe, so is just a good book for who are the current researchers, institutes and construction companies for these large projects. I read the kindle version, but since it's more of a college text book, would have been nice to have the paper version (also the kindle formatting wasn't perfect). Aside from going into the details of the system design, it also goes into things like creating areas that build communities (has a lot of learning's from what not to do and what to do, based on past EU projects).

Congratulations to Ketch!

Our own Ketch Rossi with a 2 page spread (pages 12 & 13 ... Epic 5K frame grab) in the January/February issue of "PhotoPro" Magazine.

Mantenere il buon lavoro!

Thanks for thinking of me Patrick... ;)

Fortunately there is tone of material in this regard out there, and I just look forward to as many people as possible to truly embrace this to the maximum of their capabilities.

Some concern themselves with excuses that they can't venture in to it as they don't have the knowledge and or experience to make it work, and or profitable and or sustainable... Bull SHIT!!

While I don't expect every one to know as much as I do about it, I do also know that I my self don't know everything about it, yet I compensate easily with surrounding my self with the best of the best in the industry in question, and insuring the best future to the venture, not only to make it sustainable to its maximum of capacity but to make it also very profitable and of great assistance to others as well, at the end if it does not truly sustain and assist not only the company it self but also helps Humanity and our Planet, then is not worth it.

I fil pretty good about what we will bring to life with KETCH ROSSI TREE of LiFE, yet it will be even more amazing when we'll start our Global participation campaigns to gather the brightest minds to bring to life the most suitable concepts and projects that will make up the Megaproject it self with the goal not only to reduce but eliminate entirely the total foot print emission, by off setting by large the emission with the Recycling and Energy saved and the one produced.

Of course is much more complex then this, but too soon to go back in to it now, I did brought the project to the light of day a bit too son I guess, as I really didn't like some of the comment received, and for this I prefer to stay quiet for now, when time comes, I will not have to do the talking as it will do it for it self, and others will also do it for me... ;)

Thanks Bill,

I have not seen yet, in fact this comes at a total surprise, as I was not aware they did that, I guess they wanted to surprise me... ;)

There is however an interview with a full article on me that should come out in the next issue of March/April, and this one has several pages with several EPIC Frame Grabs in it.

Do you have the Magazine it self or the Digital edition, can you post a pic of the spread?

Ketch i cant find it in the Feb. one on the iPad so is it in the Jan. one?

I believe its a Bimonthly Magazine, so January/February, and Bill said pages 12/13, as I said, I was not aware they did publish any of my work, as the interview was for an article in the March/April issue, and I am not done presenting the Frame Grabs as of yet, so they surprised me with too, and I have no idea which EPIC Frame Grab they published... ;)
