phil! , where did you get those long red LCD cables?

If you are asking me, this was the biggest obstacle in designing the camera car. We ended up using RED's 20ft cables with very careful routing and they barely fit. I do wish there was an easier way of getting longer cables without custom build costs jumping to $500 or higher. I would even settle for a male-female adapter.

I have never looked back and was even happy with our very first REDONE #158.
Thanks Jim.

Good thread Phil. :)

Mark,
Very impressive presentation, thanks for sharing! May I ask what gimbal you were using for the helo setups?

Thanks,
Phil B

Jim,
Because of your efforts, I have been to places and seen things I never dreamt I'd see. These camera systems have granted me access, witness'd events, and practiced new ideas and techniques I NEVER would've achieved with any previous camera system and for that I am indebted to you sir.
Thank you for all your hard work, blood, sweat & tears.
Eli

Hi Mark.
That's a T-adapter from Celestron. Picked mine up at Scope City here in Los Angeles.
You should be able to hook that up pretty easily.

dig the moon shot :)
Im very curious about the mount used for the EPIC to the Shimit Casagrain.

Dear Mr. Jannard,
When you announced your last message, I found that I was the first player, I desperately tried to answer with a huge and simple "NO" but there was no answer possible. This "no "still resonates today and so I published the echo.
That's where we are.
A big thank you.

I came from wildlife photography, sold every piece of equipment to enter the RED WORLD, I must say that buying a R1 was one of the best things I did...
Hope to buy a Dragon next year ;)
Thanks Jim...
