What happened to the Scarlet-W? It seems it was capable of 4:1 @5k 24fps and 8:1 @ 5KWS 60fps / 5K 48fps. The specs are now 5:1 and 9:1..... One point of compression lost almost everywhere at the different resolutions.

There is a note down below that says:
"REDCODE values and max frame rates may vary based on selected acquisition format, aspect ratio, project time base, Lookaround setting, and SSD."
I'm pretty sure that to get the max out of Scarlet-W you will still need 512GB or 1TB SSDs. My guess is it's the same as with original Epic Dragon that got 1-2 point knocked down off compression after it was paired with fast 512GBs.
Wouldn't advice to buy 120GB or 240GB anyway. RED media is not cheap and it's better to invest in the fastest available from the get go if you plan to move up to Weapon later. And you can always sell it faster if you want, unlike 120s and 240s that present no interest for Weapon owners because of the data rate limitations.
