Reds motion mount has a minimum of 1 stop. Are there any 3rd party mounts that don't?

you don't want a motion mount unless the camera is mounted on a drone or in a helicopter gimbal and even then you don't want one if your shooting at night.
I don't think it is possible to create a motion mount that loses no exposure...
How does ARRI do it?
An internal ND system is a separate issue than a motion mount that simulates a global shutter. Sure, if all you want is an internal ND system that has no stop loss at zero ND, then you design something that slides or rotates filters in front of the sensor. But a physical piece of glass in front of a sensor isn't going to create a global shutter effect (maybe a mechanical shutter could.) Either way, you'd need more space inside the body than a polarizer variable ND system would take. I thought the original question was wanting a motion mount that doesn't lose a stop at minimum, not just asking for internal ND filters.
Kippertie does have ND inserts that you can put between the lens and sensor inside the camera.

Been using this for a while now. Hoping for adoption by RED (as in the Nikon mount for Red One) but didn't happen. Works great. Does shift focus very slightly but most users here eye focus anyhow.
