I was going with the Porta Brace personally, because they’re a bit cheaper and I don’t need the hard shell.

Seems like my softbox wasn’t included on my order with Adorama. Not totally bummed, but was wondering if someone else was handling the accessories or if that would come around separately.

You should have gotten an email with what they were sending and what was backordered. It appears that soft boxes are in that group, as well as soft box grids...I got three lights right away (the most important of course) 3 dongles, and 3 sets of barn doors, but just one snap grid. I still need 2 snap grids and all thee soft boxes which my rep at Adorama told me could be 8 weeks. However, he hasn't been right about anything yet, so hoping he isn't right about this....

My light arrived without a Power Cable. Totally lame.

Adorama said a 2 business day wait while they try to find solution... Was hoping to put it to work right away this week too.

Anyone else have this happen?

I had two that came with power cords, and one that did not. The missing power cord was however, in the box with my barn doors...so maybe it will arrive in another package? That's my experience anyway.
