  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

GROUP BUY!!: FOOLCONTROL IOS/OS X 2015

If you haven't done it yet, please get in touch by email via foolcontrol@foolcolor.net to confirm your participation and get your software. We should be able to fit all those who were on waiting list in the original 60 units plan, then I will dispatch the bonus OS X foolcat codes to those who paid first / got on list first or were selected by the foolrandom algorythm.
 
Already got the fool control, but not the hotlink, would be nice if this could be combined with a hotlink group buy :)

Hi Christopher

You'd have to get in touch with Mark directly to discuss the opportunity of running such a group buy since HOTLink it is a OFFHOLLYWOOD product.

FWIW some new options will be available in the following months for camera wifi control using an OMOD E/S, a Teradek Cube and an unannounced multitoolbox from RTMOTION to name a few...

Especially since there are many who I think would want to use fool control but don't want a big OMOD module. I for one want to keep my Dragon as small as I can possibly get it with all things attatched. And now, when all new Weapon bodies comes out, the need for a Hotlink will be diminished so those that kept the Epic Dragon would surely want it.

OMOD is pretty tiny (not like Hotlink), but does significantly more than the Hotlink.

The Hotlink is fun for what it does and a GB sounds like a good idea, really.

I don't need more than the wifi and the OMOD is quite expensive compared to just the Hotlink.

You can wait until next april fools to get a discount or start using it today if you pay the equivalent of half a £ each day until next april...
FWIW it may change one day but so far all foolcolor apps had free upgrades since their first releases.
 
It's an extraordinary app. I bought it before I took delivery of the Raven just because I was so excited. I use it every shoot. Every. Single. One.
