  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ok so I don't know. :( But surely you can ask your BombSquad Rep for it or maybe send another email to olpf@red.com asking for them to add it to your shipment before it goes out. With the name and the SO number they should be able to manage I'd think.

Had luck and was surprised it worked with one delivery and it didn't with another.
But at least this speaks for the delivery being 'efficientized'...
 
Correct, Rocco. Two separate streams - camera is sales and bushing is product support/repair. So, we can certainly do our best to merge the repair shipment and sales shipment, but just setting expectations that if they don't sync up, it may be two separate shipments.

I made it through my BS. But I haven't received my EPIC yet (due to ship the next few days), so I can't tell if it worked. :wink5:

Received my Stage 3 EPIC-X today. And the bushing was included. Didn't install it yet though. Still waiting for the instructions PDF.
 
So, at this point in time, are all new Epics and Scarlets shipping with the "upgrade" to deal with the flare?
 
Just wondering how the list is working for the OLPF? I asked one for my Epic-M a month ago and I don't have any news about it but I can see that people ordering new cameras got the fix included?
