Curious, but how much do these run? and why do people like these and not the quad, which seem to be everywhere...?

Quad came with the stage 2 epics, that's why there's a lot of them

They cost $1450 I think... Quad is $1950, but, well, nobody seems to want them so they can be had for much cheaper. I prefer the Dual for sure: An hour's worth of runtime, hot swappable, and still makes the camera hasselblad-ish in size. Pretty cool.

Speaking of which, Chad, post some pics of that slim beast attached to the camera... That's what I wanna see.

It's amazing how the quad battery module really makes the Epic appear as a much larger camera, which can be a good and bad thing. I agree with Mike, Chad. Let's see some pictures of it! Just for comparison.

Only problem with the Dual, as designed, is that it can't accommodate REDvolt XLs. :-(

Chad,

That looks idleal. How is the monitor attached to the tactical handle ? Does it slide on the handle?

Sweet,

Quad not that much bigger in real life :sifone:

+1. What I like about both of these modules is the flat real estate on top. It's a perfect place to affix a Lectro receiver using velcro.
