  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Canon 300c Specs as they come

What was the point of all the buildup? Certainly this announcement wasn't important really? It's an overpriced revamp sold as something new with quite an incredible markup.

I'm just baffled at what they're thinking. Oh well, as long as RED delivers the goods all is well :-)
 
That is the LIST price at $20,000. Street price will probably be $16,000.
 
This camera does it include lenses ie. F3 kit (competitor), or is this price 'camouflage' until Red announce their price structure then will be revised?
 
$8,000 would have been a lot for this camera.


updated- after a closer look, this camera looks pretty good, but should be less expensive than even $16,000.

-Dec 8 update thought on that - with further review of this camera, I would say it belongs in the $13K-$14K price range. It appears to be a fairly complete camera system. Long battery life and build in ND make the system user friendly.
