  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Canon 300c Specs as they come

Lighting is what makes the mood of the picture. Think of The Trial or Blade Runner with only natural lightning. You kill it.
 
And it costs $20K! They're even copying Scarlet's price now! Sick 'em, Jesus, I mean Jim!
 
The RED One is only $25K - but then again the C300 is a much more self-contained system.

From the details over on DVinfo, it suggests 'true' 1080p resolution. Which is plenty as far as I'm concerned, but if the price is actually $20k... I fear Canon have just made a BIG misstep.
 
*shakes head* $20k....wow. I mean truly wow. I almost fell out of my chair. What is historic is the disconnection between Canon and their audience of users.
 
I'm not laughing - I just think it's a real shame they haven't researched what's out there already like the cheaper but still ludicrously expensive F3!! They will have to drop that price to be taken seriously as an alternative.

Hopefully the lenses are more attractively priced.
